Do I need to believe in chakras for this to work?
No. You need to be willing to pay attention to your body. The practices here - breathwork, movement, awareness exercises - work whether you approach them as energy medicine or simply as somatic self-care. Many students come in skeptical and find the framework genuinely useful regardless.
How do I know which chakra is out of balance?
The course teaches you how to read your own energy system - including the physical, emotional, and behavioral signs associated with each chakra. You don't need to know this going in. You'll develop that awareness as part of the work.
How long before I notice a difference?
Most students notice something in the first week - a moment of stillness, a small shift in how they respond to stress, a physical sensation they hadn't paid attention to before. Deeper change comes with consistent practice over weeks and months.
Is this good for beginners?
Yes. It was designed with beginners in mind. No prior knowledge of yoga, meditation, or energy work assumed.
