Journey to Crow Pose
Your arms aren't the problem.

You've watched the tutorials. You've tried the tips. And still - the moment you lean forward, something doesn't connect. Your feet come up a little. You wobble. You put them back down.
It's not a flexibility problem. It's not really an arm strength problem either. It's a sequencing problem.
Crow pose asks your core, your hip flexors, and your wrists to work together in a very specific way. If any one of those isn't prepared = the pose doesn't happen. And most tutorials never tell you that.
This course is built around that insight. Dav Jones - internationally acclaimed yoga teacher and yoga anatomy specialist — breaks down every component that makes crow pose possible. Not just alignment cues. The actual mechanics: what fires, what engages, why your hips need to be higher than you think, and how your wrists need to be prepared before they bear any load.
Five modules. Each one targeting a specific physical requirement. Each one building toward the moment everything clicks.
You'll start with targeted abdominal and hip flexor drills — the muscle groups most classes skip entirely. You'll prepare your wrists with mobility work that builds load-bearing capacity without strain. You'll move through four variations of the Tiger Curl, Dav's signature drill for integrated arm-balance

Who this is for
The practitioner who almost has it
You've touched crow pose once or twice - maybe held it for a breath - but it doesn't stick. You know the shape. You just can't find the switch. This course
gives you the anatomy behind why, and the specific drills to make it reliable.
The beginner who's ready to start
Maybe you've been told crow pose will "come with time." But you want to work toward it now, with a real plan. Dav's progression builds the exact strength
crow requires - so when you first leave the ground, your body is ready.
The serious practitioner who wants to understand
You've been practicing for years. You want the why behind the how. Dav's anatomy-forward teaching breaks down each muscle group so you understand what your
body is doing - and what it needs next.
Anatomy-based instruction
No guesswork. Dav explains which muscles drive crow pose and how to train each one specifically - so every drill has a clear purpose.
Structured 5-module progression
Each module prepares the next. By the time you reach the final class, your body has already learned everything crow pose requires.
The Tiger Curl system
Dav's signature drill - four progressive variations - builds the integrated core, arm, and hip flexor strength that arm balances demand. You won't find this
sequence anywhere else.
One payment, lifetime access

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to already do crow pose to take this course?
No. The course builds from the ground up. If you've never left the ground in crow pose, that's exactly where Dav starts - with the abdominal and hip flexor strength that makes the pose possible in the first place.
What equipment do I need?
Two yoga blocks are used in one module for the hip flexor drills. Everything else requires only a mat and your body.
How long does it take to complete?
The five modules are focused and purposeful - most students move through the full course in one to two weeks, then return to specific modules as part of their ongoing practice.
Is this a subscription?
No. $129 is a one-time payment. You have lifetime access - revisit the wrist prep, the Tiger Curl sequence, or the alignment module whenever you need it, for as long as you want.
