You don't need a certificate to heal yourself.

The internet will give you a free Reiki certificate in twenty minutes. You've probably seen them. Click through a few slides, answer some quiz questions, download a PDF. Certified. But you're not looking for a certificate. You're looking for something that actually works.
Maybe you've been carrying something for a long time — stress that won't release, emotional patterns that keep repeating, a disconnection from your own body that no amount of yoga or therapy has fully reached. You're drawn to energy healing because somewhere, quietly, you sense there's more going on than what's visible on the surface.
Atha White Rose didn't find Reiki in a classroom. She found it while traveling in India - a German woman in a foreign country, searching for something she couldn't yet name. She received her attunements in the Usui lineage there, experienced what healing at this level actually feels like, and went on to receive
her Reiki Master initiations. She's been teaching it since.
This course is built around a truth the certification market ignores: Reiki is first and foremost a self-healing practice. It was designed for you to use on yourself. The three modules guide you through energy balancing, aura protection, and the deeper work - shadow work and trauma-sensitive techniques -
that allow genuine healing to happen rather than just surface relaxation. Intentional prayer and walking meditations are woven throughout, grounding the practice in daily life rather than isolating it to a mat.
You'll learn to sense and work with your own energy — to recognize where it's blocked, how to move it, and how to protect what you've cleared. You'll do the shadow work that most healing courses skip: the limiting beliefs, the ancestral patterns, the stories you've been living inside without choosing them. And you'll do it gently - with trauma-sensitive approaches that meet you where you are rather than pushing you somewhere you're not ready to go.
This isn't a course about learning to heal other people. It's about learning to heal yourself. Fully, clearly, and with the lineage and care that makes the difference between information and transformation.
Who This Is For
The seeker who's tried everything and wants to go deeper
You've done the yoga, the journaling, the therapy. You've made real progress. But there's something underneath that hasn't shifted - patterns that surface under stress, a weight that persists, a disconnection you can't quite name. Reiki, combined with shadow work, reaches a layer that purely mental or physical practices often don't.
The person new to energy healing who wants to start right
You're curious about Reiki but wary of the free-certificate world — the quick downloads that feel more like information than practice. You want something grounded in real lineage, taught by someone who received it in the traditional way, that gives you a genuine foundation to build on.
The person healing from stress, trauma, or emotional exhaustion
You've been through something - or you've been in a state of chronic stress so long it's become normal.
Atha's trauma-sensitive approach means this course won't push you into overwhelm. It meets you gently,
builds gradually, and works with your nervous system rather than against it.
Rooted in real lineage
Atha received her Reiki attunements and Master initiations in the Usui lineage - the original system of Reiki healing. This isn't a modern remix or a self-taught interpretation. It's the real thing, taught by someone who received it in the traditional way.
Shadow work and Reiki — together
Most Reiki courses don't touch shadow work. This one is built around it. The limiting beliefs, ancestral patterns, and unconscious stories that block healing don't release with energy work alone - they need to be seen. This course combines both, at a depth no other beginner Reiki course currently offers.
Trauma-sensitive throughout
Atha's approach is gentle by design. Trauma-sensitive techniques are woven into every session — not as a warning label, but as the foundation. Healing doesn't require being overwhelmed. This practice is built to work with your nervous system, not push past it.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any prior experience with Reiki or energy healing?
None. This course is designed for beginners - people who are new to Reiki and want to learn it properly, from the lineage up. No prior attunement, no background in yoga or meditation, no spiritual framework required. You bring yourself. The course provides everything else.
Is this a certification course?
No. And that's intentional. This course is built for people who want to heal themselves - not earn a credential to practice on others. You'll learn the Usui Reiki system, shadow work, and trauma-sensitive techniques for your own personal practice. If you later want to pursue certification to work with clients, this gives you a genuine foundation. But the course itself is about you.
What makes this different from a free Reiki course?
Free courses give you information. This gives you a practice. The difference is lineage (Atha trained and was attuned in the traditional Usui system), depth (shadow work and trauma-sensitive techniques built into the curriculum), and the integration of intentional prayer and walking meditations that make Reiki something you actually live rather than something you did once.
Is this a subscription?
No. $129 is a one-time payment with lifetime access. Return to the aura protection practice when you need it. Revisit the shadow work module when a pattern comes back around. The practice is yours to keep, at your pace, for as long as you want it.
