No. The course is designed to work whether you've never stepped on a yoga mat or you already practice regularly. Each session is taught with clear cues and can be modified based on where your body is right now.
How is this different from just following yoga videos online?
This course is designed specifically around surfing performance - not general fitness or relaxation. Every session targets what surfing demands of your body, including a dedicated breathwork module you won't find in any general yoga course. What equipment do I need?
Just a mat and your body. Some sessions work well near the beach - outdoors, barefoot - but everything can be done in any space with enough room to move.
